  • Mobility training is not just stretching. It is a practice that focuses on improving the range of motion and function of your joints.

  • Assisted Stretch is a technique where a trained professional assists in stretching your muscles in a guided/passive way utilizing breathwork to calm your nervous system and reduce muscular tension.

Meet Your Coach

Hannah Rega is a Personal Trainer, Mobility Specialist, and Assisted Stretch Professional from Conway, Arkansas. She completed her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at the University of Central Arkansas in 2022 while practicing as a Personal Trainer. Hannah is certified by NASM and has 6 years of personal training experience with a wide variety of clientele ranging from youth athletics to post surgery geriatric. From here Hannah went on to refine her mobility and recovery techniques in Maine. She completed a certification in Applied Stretching Theory & Practice and has been practicing these techniques for 3 years. Since then, Hannah has completed multiple courses on topics such as mobility and fascia release. If you’re looking for an increase in strength, mobility, or recovery Hannah will utilize her extensive knowledge and skill set to provide well rounded, individualized sessions for your body’s needs.
